Hiring: Sous Chef

Saul’s is looking for a Sous Chef candidate :

Able to mentor.
Eager to learn about Sephardic cuisines.
A working chef.
Comfortable with checklists and systems.
Has a proven track record in implementing these systems.
A strong expediter.
Ability to run and direct a kitchen and all departments.
Knowledge of sanitation guidelines and procedures.
Strong communication skills.
Great people skills and demonstarted team leadership.
Able to multi-task and stay organized in a busy enviroment.
Available for any shifts ocurring between 6am-midnight.
Familiarity with Cheftec, Aloha and Microsoft Office and Windows, peferable but not required.
Fluency in Spanish a plus.
